Our Founder
German Arce, founder and CEO of True Ark Welding, has dedicated his life to the craft of welding. His passion for metalwork began at the young age of 13, learning the trade early on. After arriving in the United States, he gained experience working on large-scale building projects as an ironworker. Now, he specializes in custom welding, providing high-quality, reliable solutions for a variety of industries. With True Ark Welding, German’s goal is to grow as an independent contractor, securing major contracts and establishing himself as a leader in the welding industry—building not just structures, but a lasting legacy.
